Research
What I’m currently up to (apart from my PhD work)
I’m completing a research paper that examines the lessons that policymakers can learn from previous attempts to integrate Agentic-AI-like technologies into critical infrastructure in the US, the UK and the Netherlands. The project is facilitated by a grant I received from OpenAI’s policy team in 2024.
I’m working on a research paper that argues for a more expansive understanding of the legal doctrine around foreseeability of harms related to Autonomous AI Agents.
I’m co-leading the prohibitions research section of a model AI treaty project being run by the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and the Future of Life Institute (FLI).
